With four decades of experience in the industry we add a little “Northern Charm” to everything we do, creating a sense of community where relationships can thrive, both old and new.
Northern Hospitality founders, Ben Campbell and Brendan Darcy began their adventure in 2012, hustling behind a lively Manchester bar. Fast forward to 2019, their dream of opening their own venue became a reality, acquiring Neighbourhood in Bondi Beach (R.I.P), which became renowned for slinging the best margaritas in town.
In 2021, Chuck Trailer's, a go-to dive bar, burst onto the Bondi scene delivering a much needed no-frills hang out for the local and tourists alike. The Chuck Trailer’s brand is gearing up for a Sydney CBD expansion in 2025, with more good food, more good drinks, more good music & even more good times.
Joining the Northern Hospitality roster, later in 2025 is The Beekeeper, Bondi's answer to a cosy British Gastro Pub with Kokomo Coconut Club, a subterranean tiki oasis, hiding in its foundations.
